Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a credit card to be on file for any service booked at Serene.
CANCELLATIONS: A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged 50% of your service(s) cost. This amount will be charged at the time of service using the credit card on file.
NO-SHOW: No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed service(s) using the credit card on file.
INVOICE: In the event that the card on file is not chargeable you will be required to pay the invoice before booking any future appointments at Serene.

What is your policy on children in Serene?
We welcome children that have an appointment at Serene. We do not welcome children under the age of 12 to sit in the waiting area with out supervision.
Do you offer a referral or loyalty program?
Yes! Send us your friends and you will get $20 off your next service with us. Make sure they tell us you sent them!
Our loyalty program you will automatically be enrolled after your 1st service with us. You collect 1 point for each dollar spent. Those points can be redeemed for dollars off a service. Please see our loyalty page for complete details.
What forms of payment do you take?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options like Apple Pay and Google Wallet.
What is your re-do policy?
​We stand behind our work and most definitely would like for you to make us aware of any concerns so that we may make adjustments. These adjustments need to be within 7 days of your original visit, preferably with your original stylist. Another stylist can assist you if there is a comfort issue or scheduling conflict.

What services do you offer?
At Serene we are a full service salon, spa & head spa. Which means we offer most beauty services including hair, skin, natural nails, massage, body waxing and head spa (scalp health) services!
How much are your services?
Our pricing varies depending on the service and the level of the stylist or spa professional. Please refer to our Pricing pages for detailed information.
Do you offer any packages or discounts for services?
Yes, we offer various packages for spa services such as massage & facials. Sign-up for our monthly newsletter or follow us on social media for monthly specials & pop-up service discounts.
